I just wanted to start a thread that we could use just for WoW. Not that we weren't using the other one already.
Highlord, someone last night from the guild actually gave away as a prize a 6 demon bag.
Oh, and how in the heck did you gather enough money for a horse?

I made alot of money in Elemental Leatherworking, before I accidently unlearned it the other night. I am screwed now with no source of income. I feel unemplyed.

At least you had a profession that made you money, it takes me forever to find stuff to make a potion then I am usually the one in need of it.

There are potions out there that you can make a fortune off from. Also, 2 words "Arcanite Transmute" look it up. You'll make a mint.

Yeah, but I bet it takes you all over the place to get spending your money flying all over the place. I am thinking about becoming an enchanter.

Getting the money for your first mount is a pain. Alch/Herb is a good way to go since swiftness potions sell pretty good and you can start making those right away. Like Highlord said.. arcanite transmutes... once you can do that you'll make at least 5g every 2 days. If you can get another toon up to 300 mining you can get the thorium and arcane crystals yourself (and then you'll make at least 25g every 2 days). I have 60 hunter eng/mining and 60 pally alch/herb. My hunter only comes out to farm mines

The best spot I've found for rich thorium veins (prolly 10-15 in the area) is in Winterspring-Darkwhisper Gorge. The mobs in this area are all 60+ elites. So make sure your miner can stealth or feign death.

Have you noticed that your epic mount now stinks of cheese after the 1.8.4 patch?

I haven't logged on since the patch. Frankly, I am somewhat distraught now. I don't know if you've trolled the pally forums Meat, but we are getting nerfed. No two ways about it.
They pretty well killed the ret tree. Holy looks good, but to do the same DPS you do now, you have to burn all your mana. Nothing will be left for healing. They moved devine favor and vengeance down in their trees so that you can't have both anymore. I have been working my ass off to get Lt Commander's PVP gear, and have gotten close, only to see that it will be worthless now because it doesn't have INT bonuses. They also nerfed SoC. The seal is less powerful now and costs more mana. You'll have to use the top rank now costing more mana.
I am not going to play until after patch 1.9 because it will be a waste of time. I'll try it after to see if it is bad as those on the test realms are claiming. A lot of pallies are petitioning to try to get blizz to let them change classes, but you know that won't happen. If you are sick of seeing all the Shammies now, it is going to get worse. A lot of paladins will be hanging it up and going horde. BTW, reports are that Shammies get big buffs coming soon too.
The biggest slap in the face is that one of the new talents is Pursuit of Justice which gives you 8% faster foot/mount speed...but it doesnt stack with enchants. They said...well now you can add another enchant or feature to your boots since you won't need minor speed....great. +40 armor FTW!

Honestly.. I'd rather them not change a thing at this point. 90% of 1.9 is just wrong.

I totally agree. They asked us for our input, then ignored it.
Durability - Lethality = Dead Paladin. The best horde players in Battlegrounds just run right past and ignore me. At best I am a nuisance, at worst a non-factor.
