I had a thought, if we rigged up camera's we could play D&D online. I'm sure Eric & Derrick has a high speed connection. And Wong probably has high speed connection. Kev and Myself has a highspeed connection, and we could set aside a few hours a week and game. What do you guys think?

Why don't we go pick up a copy of the newest on-line game and set up a time to play.
Yes, I have high speed. 1 meg up, 4 down.
System: 1 gig ram, 256 meg vid card and 3 gig processor. I think Patak and I have close to the same system.

Is it going to be like Ultima online? Monthly fee and you character lives online? It sounds pretty cool. I'm up for anything.

They have not released if it is a monthly charge, but I'm pretty sure it will be. The software will probably run $50, then hopefully it will be a reasonable fee. They estimate only a few hundred users to a 1,000.

No Diablo for me, I used to play Everquest and Star Wars Galaxies, but the only MMO on my plate lately was City of Heroes.

Is WofW any good? I've heard quite a few people talking about playing it. I played EQ for awhile.....it takes so damn long to lvl up though. I'm thinking about checking out Final Fantasy XI.

That has become the battle cry norm around the world of warcraft servers.

WOW isn't anywhere near the time sink that EQ was--until you hit 60. Once there, everything feels like the old EQ--waiting around for massive groups to form to go do anything. Blizzard made it easy to level up. Given I prolly spend way too much time playing.

Server - Graymane Thaeceles - 59 Human Paladin Hanging round 59 for a while til I get better rank via the BG's. Though, the wait on BG has become so long, I may go out and stomp a bunny to gain the 2 exp I still need to make 60.
In the new expansion coming out, they are uncapping levels up to 75 I think, as well as adding new classes and races.
Meatball, if you do another character, come to Greymane. My Girlfriend and I are there, as well as Dave. I will start an alt there soon. I am thinking of avoiding the adventuring though and going straight into baking, or perhaps bartending.
We can start a new guild. If Wong and Patrick will play, we can start "The FUL". Wong pilfered an unused copy of the game from me, so he has no excuse not to play. Otherwise, I think "Hell's Nursery" is a good guild name.

If you can get everyone on, I'll jump over there... I see another grind to 60 in my future. Yeah the queue times for BG are insane. There are all kinds of rumors floating around about the expansion (Blood Elves, Panda People, Hero Classes). I'd rather they fix some of the annoying bugs. Stupid seal of command bug, stupid hunter dead zone, and for the love of god implement a LFG feature other than those stupid stones.
