Well I am 14k rep from Exalted in AV. Going for TUF and some other junk. It'll be a while before I can get anything better from the big instances. And even if I do, I don't know that I will find anything that will top it for "freight train" hits. SoC should be fun with it. Hopefully by Sunday I will have it. Edit: TUF is a link now.

Well.. we made our first offical try at BWL this weekend.. .Didn't go so well.. We made 3 attempts and never got past the 1st phase of razorgore. In BWL everyone has to be on the ball, and I think we got a couple of slackers. However we did completely do MC in one night (7:30-12:00). Also my ISP decided to have some kind of crisis this weekend, at some points I was getting my connection to the net completely dropped every 5min. Needless to say I was not a happy camper ... esp when my instant spells were taking 7+ seconds to fire. I hate Adelphia's tech support. They told me it has to be my router (which has been working completely fine for 2yrs).. and this goofy disconnect issue didn't start until a week ago (when they admitted they were having network problems when I called). Oh well... Almost revered with ZG just 2.2k rep left to go (so about 2-3 more runs) and I can get my class chest piece. Also finally got my ZG enchant for my Judgement Helm .... I passed on a Lava Dredger this weekend too (holding out for Jindos Hexxer).

As for the argument the router was working fine for two years Meat, the router may be fine, but I used to hear that argument all the time when I was in DSL support. My response to our customers who said something like that was usually along the lines of "you remember the Challenger Shuttle Disaster? Seconds before it exploded it was working just fine."
Anyway, got TUF from AV, and the Crit ring. The TUF is a wonderful Ret Pallie Weapon. A warrior on Greymane is carrying Sulfuras, and it is incredible, but I really believe TUF is better for me than it is. The reason is that the stun effect of TUF allows double damage from JoC just as HoJ and Repentance do. So I can judge command to max effect a lot more often using it. It can be tricky to be fast enough to judge when the stun hits as it only lasts one second, but I downloaded Flexbar and am trying to learn it well enough to come up with something. There is no way I can find to auto-judge if the target becomes stunned, but I should be able to set it up so that when certain conditions are met (i.e having command sealed, target stunned, and judgment not on cooldown) a button will appear under my cursor so I just have to click.
I lead my guild raid in damage last night in UBRS. They were concerned about their DPS since a Pally was beating 3 mages and 3 rogues. The new patch has really given us a DPS boost if you play it right. Get around a 20% melee crit rate, seal command, and judge it as fast as you can (preferably on stunned targets, even if you switch off your target to judge another that is stunned and re-seal and switch back to your primary target). My hands are always glowing, and I can still dial it back and heal pretty well if I need to. Meredith is angry though as I kept stealing aggro from her and the other tanks. I imagine if I had righteous fury on I would bring every mob in Blackrock Mountain down on me.
Have you ever fooled with flexbar? My understanding of code is very weak, so I am having trouble with it.

For the tech support stuff... I usually don't call unless i've poked around myself. The symptoms I'm having started a week ago and then they admitted having network probems. I experienced the same probs this past weekend and they said they were not having network problems (which is confusing due to the same symptoms). I have a severe packet loss, which persists for several seconds and either my signal clears up or I loose my connection. My modem & router are in plain site and I can watch the indicator lights, the modem loses connection (the lights flash in sequence indicating a re-connect--same pattern if I unplug the power).... attempts to re-connect... and then router resets (all lights flash indicating resest). Other Adelphia subscribers have reported similar probems in different areas of the US. Now could this be a hardware issue on my end.. sure.. could it be a prob with my surge protector ..sure... but if it was I would assume the problem would occur consistently and be repeatable--which is what I'll be watching for this week. On Sunday I played WoW for at least 2hrs before the problem started. I upgraded the firmware on the router (even though i don't think it'll help). I'll be doing ZG again tonight, we'll see how my connection holds up. If it goes south after an hour or so I'll replace the modem and surge protector and go from there I suppose.

You wouldn't be running an older generation 3comm switch would you? the older ones (about 2yrs ago) have a habit of dropping traffic while the lights indicate that all is well. You would need to telnet in and loop a large packet back into your NIC over about ten minuets to see the packet drop, once the 3comms and some others ripping off there architecture get to this point you are only moments from the factory installed stop function and its indicating grey smoke will be released.

I agree that we got a DPS boost in 1.9.. I'm doing more dmg, but no where near our mages/rogues (maybe you've got much better gear than they do.. the pvp gear is sweet). Then again I'm holy spec'd, but out of our pallies I'm usually #1 or #2 in damage. I've not really used flexbar. My mods of choice are Paladin Assistant, Scrolling Combat Text, CT Mod, and Titan Panel.

With the Linksys stuff your OK, good stuff for the price. If your having packet drop, if I was guessing, the system has a switch bad and is dropping traffic off on the next switch down the line. This is creating echo and the switch is looping the packet and check sum it. I would guess that you provider is a sysco shop is and having problems getting parts, we all are back ordered about three to five days from them.

I think the problem is WoW's. Greymane has been flaky since Christmas, and like clockwork, crashes on Monday nights just hours before weekly maintenaince.

I don't think WoW would completely disconnect me from the Net. I have Vent running at all times when I have WoW up now and I get disconnected from that as well.

No ZG last night..did a little PvP and no disconnects. The firmware upgrade on the router didn't go so well... port forwarding doesn't work anymore. Think I'll try to reset the router and see what happens.

You can run either side of Strat (maybe in a raid only though), Scholo (def in raid), BRD (5 man), maybe LBRS in a raid...you need to be 58 for UBRS I think. You'll find your gear in those places. I need to run Scholo still (LF Helm), Strat live (need righteous orb), and UBRS (LF BP). I need the LF Gloves, but have given up on raiding BRD, and the gloves aren't that great anyway.
