Cody blew this image up and there are some interesting things to note. You can see the atoms arm and a Legion flight ring. Pretty sure Flash is Barry. There are several faces in the smoke coming from the bottom half of the Statue of Liberty

The bat is the one from the Else world where he was a templer Knight during the crusades.
Scott and Barda are inked by a different person than Diana and Clark, almost looks to be a paste over.
legion flight ring next to Ted, but what is the red hydrant/cross looking thing above and to the right of it?
Between max and Jade looks to be Kalabacs mega rod.
Notice that jade is "Venus de Milo" with her arms and that Vic has "melted" legs.
Flash has Barry's belt, but that could also be and adult Impulse/Kid Flash.
And I have no idea what Canary is doing.

The eyes thing from IDC coming full circle? probably not, this real image is noting like this in all reality. The real image is Ambush Bug and G'nrt doing the nasty.
