She has Steven.
Thirty was an exageration. However, during the "Daytona 200" I did manage 36 beers without the aid and comfort of a funnel. I believe 4 of the 5 participants in that event managed better than 30. It was a proud moment for all of us.

Smallville is great and so is One Tree Hill. I have never matched Everwood. I also highly recomend The OC. It is written by the guy that is writing The Young Avengers.

I have been watching BSG and have found it to be very enjoyable. To be honest I have railed against it early on and refused to watch any of it. having lost an argument with Bushmills I ended up watching the first three episodes from the series and found my self endeared to it. I has a much more honest if not bleak esthetic that the original show did not have. This doomed to run blindly element along with the slow simmer are giving us a real feeling that maybe the cylons will end humanity. I will say that I enjoy the slid into madness that the Dr. Baltar is going into, plus what happens when finally caught, will truly be the pay off for the first season.

I was very opposed to the new BSG I didn't even watch the pilot movie. I regret that it took me this long to get into it. It is a very tense show. Starbuck learning that the Cylon Raiders were organic fighters was a great, if not semiexpected, shock.

I have not spoken to our Attorney. I'm sure that tonight at our Valentine's dinner, he will pull up a chair next to us and pontificate about Tully Blanchard, Terry Taylor, and Doink for no less than the balance of the meal. As for BSG, the fact that the Cylons (Six) is taunting with Baltar with the her belief that God favors the Cylons over mankind is great. I wasn't prepared for a "God-Fearing" machine race. Also, giving the President cancer is a nice touch. But I think that Whiskey and I both agree, that Tigh is the best

This show is good. But I prefer the old one. Then again I am a huge a fan of the old Buck Rogers show as well. Give me my campy Sci-Fi anyday. But not knocking the new show it is good and I watch it.

Is the new BSG movie from Sci-Fi available on DVD. For that matter is Galactica 1980 out on DVD yet?

I can't imagine that even the most stalwart of the orignal BSG fans would want to pay for BSG 1980.

A low budget pile of cow sheisse where the Galactica makes it to Earth in 1980. They use the motorcycle props left over from Barry Bostwicks stinker Megaforce to tour California. Horrible idea and it probably was what killed Lorne Greene. It was a sad piece of work.
