While I was at Woodson's I had alot of time on my hand so pranks were an almost everyday thing. List pranks you may have playere here, and you can give ideas for them. I have worked in an office environment for the past 6 years so have developed new pranks. Here is one that is quite creative to use on someone who may lock their office door.
Step 1 Wait till the person goes home at night, then sprinkle four bottles of baby powder at the foot of their door.
Step 2 Arm yourself with a can of compressed air (normally used for cleaning crumbs from a keyboard) and blast the powder under the crack of his office door. The perfumed flakes will swirl around his office, layering everything in lovely "snow."
Of course this varies for the office size, but is quite effetive.

I have always favored the old "Prussic Acid in the squirtgun bit". Just put a little of the stuff in a squirt gun, and conceal it. When the oppurtunity arises, just give a small squirt towards the chin of your "victim." The shock of being squirted will cause them to gasp, sucking the acid up into their nose. The best part is that when it effects them, it will look to observers that they are dying of a heart attack as the acid blocks signals between the heart and UR system and the brain. Anyone who attempts CPR on them to save them will in turn get the prussic acid into their respiratory system leaving them in the same condition...you can see where hijinks could ensue!

But not too much, as it will attack the squirt gun. That's the pranker equivalent to premature ejac.

That's a pretty harsh prank. Not one I would recommend at the office. Here is two more pranks related to computers that should be pretty simple to do.
Microsoft auto correct. Step 1 Open Microsoft Word on your victim's computer, then go to the program's AutoCorrect feature (Tools/AutoCorrect), which is designed to catch spelling errors and automatically fix them.
Step 2 Instruct the program to replace the word "the" with "thee," "but" with "butter," or "of" with "off." Then really get creative.
Step 3 You may get some interesting memo's if the proof reading is lax.
Screen Freeze Step 1 When your mark wanders from his desk, go to his computer and click his keyboard's Print Screen button—this saves an exact replica of his desktop to the clipboard. Your goal is to turn this image into the computer's wallpaper, so open Microsoft Paint, paste in the image and hit Save. Name the file "jerkweed" and store it somewhere on his system.
Step 2 Drag all files currently on the desktop (even the My Computer icon) into a new folder. Hide it somewhere on his PC. The desktop should look like a blank slate at this point.
Step 3 Open the Jerkweed file. Right click it and choose Set As Desktop Background. The snapshot of his desktop is now the wallpaper. All of his files will still appear to be on-screen, even though they're hidden elsewhere. Sit back as your victim frantically clicks around and wonders why his programs and files are "frozen." Suggest he shutdown, re-boot, and run antivirus software.

That's a pretty harsh prank. Not one I would recommend at the office. I don't know how you all play it in Chattanooga...but up 'round Knoxville way we like our meat rare and our swill cold. They don't engrave your name on the "Employee of the Year" plaque for being "Mr. Milktoast"!

A good one (I've never pulled it, but thought it would be cool) is to do screen grabs or find pics of planet of the apes people and print them out. Replace co workers family pics with said apes... Alternately, download WAVs of R Lee Ermey's tirades from FMJ and replace the standard windows soudns "ding" and whatever else with "I DIDN'T KNOW THEY STACKED S**T THAT HIGH" ... muahaha
