Man DC has me pumped for this. IT reminds me of the glory days of Marvel when the Tall Man was in charge. Now if DC could just snag the Valiant/Acclaim charaters like the did Charlto, Fawcett, etc.

Not going to happen, the valiant/acclaim properties were bought at auction about four months ago. The western publishing properties reverted to the copyright holders and have started showing up the last few months from Dynamic Forces and IDW. I don't see DC getting hold of any of it. Word is that the older stuff will see reprint in TPB form after the new year.

Mark Waid will take over The Flash after the one year latter move following IC. Bart Allen will be The Flash, Wally West, RIP.

I guess it was a bit of forshadowing when it was Bart Allen that was the Flash on Smallville.

Well I just shed the first issue and I have to say it was a good setup of things to come. If House of M was half as good as just the first issue of this I would be a Marvel Zombie again. DC is really where it is at right now.

what of the specter with the bat on his chest? Hint, red herring, allegations? This is going to get good. The cool thing is the full Lee cover to #2, with PG front and center, EP superboy, E2 Superman and E2 Lois and E3 Alexander Luther. I am guessing the JSAC#4 will shed light on the IC#2 cover with the revelation the PG is E2 superman's cousin who after COIE shifted to the single earth and did not pull a "huntress" and stop existing. The other postulation is that PG is E2 kal-l and Lois's child and sent to current earth to "grow up".

That second theory sound spretty plausible from the narration and E3 Luthor's whispering, "you can saver her too."
The BatSpecter seems too much of a been there done that already ala the HalSpecter.

well me know that bats is ending up in AA with a nice padded room next to Jim helwig. My guess is that the specter is to be placed with....Jim Corragin. The black cop from metropolis that had a run in "Superman's pal, jimmy olsen" in the 70's. DC can kill him during a big fight in metropolis, give him a hero's send off and then you have every one happy with a jim corragin specter.

I love the scene where Nightwing looks up and the OMACs are filling the sky.
On a related note what is the new meaning of the OMAC acronym?

Not the Jim Corrigan that costarred nest to William Shatner and Adrian Zmed in the epic show T.J. Hooker?
