I have a question. Are ranged attacks not normally allowed only when characters are directly facing each other or are they not normally allowed when a character is on an adjacent square?
The reason I ask is the Masters of Evil team ability states;
"When two or more friendly members of this team are adjacent to the same member of an opponent's force, they may each make a close combat or a ranged combat action against that character using only one action from your allotment of actions for the turn. All characters attacking in this way receive an action token. "
I take this to mean that two Masters of Evil can attack a single character they are adjacent to by ranged or close combat and it only counts as one move.

I bought a box of Collateral damage and didn't pull any uniques. You can gloat Al. I got a rookie Green Lantern, which I have a question about. Why does he have a Titans team ability? Also I got TheBrain. I looked him up and he is experienced, but has no rookie, or veteran figure, and is considered rare??? Why didn't they just make him a unique? I also got a red tornado rookie, and blue devil rookie. Pretty poor haul.

I'd love to see FV get in some Legacy or Unleashed so I'd get a shot to pull a couple of the KC figures. The guy I talked to said that he wouldn't likely charge more than $6 a box for whatever he got in.

Go to the heroclix.com website and check the FAQ on the Masters of Evil question, or perhaps BIGKEV could answer you if you PMed him. Kyle Raynor was briefly a Titan. THE REV goes something like rookie Monsuer Mallah, experienced Brain, veteran Monsuer Mallah and the Brain. I think we are going to the Fat Man's today and will attempt to play sometime this weekend.

Anyone have the KC Green Lantern?
He looks like he could really wreak some havoc on the masses and for 225 points looks very cheap for his stat line.

KC GL is good but if you have somebody who can hit him he has no damage reducer. We got some Armor Wars yesterday and Cody and Sierra got some Fantastic Forces. They pulled a unique Orphan and unique Iron Monger. This delighted The Al because he was able to trade his extra Mr. Bones for Iron Monger, as Cody and Sierra already had one.

So Steve hasn't got any DC clix right now? I was thinking about going down that way tomorrow afternoon.
If y'all are still gonna play give me a call, Al should know my number. If he doesn't Xanth does.

Heading down to Steve's in a bit, maybe I'll get lucky and pull a Nimrod from some FF if he has any left.

Just got back from Clinton and Oak Ridge. We found another store called The Barony that sells clix. They had Legacy, Fantastic Forces, Icons, Collateral Damage, and XPlosion along with some starter sets, maps, etc. Scott got a unique Prometheus from a box of Legacy.
Any game going on tonight or tomorrow?

Turns out there is a Dormammu Clix, he was a unique in Critical Mass. He is 206 points and vastly underpowered compared to the Dormammu of Strange Tales. His speed is only 8 with no enhancement although Dormammu in comics can travel thru time and faster than the speed of light by teleportation. So he should be hypersonic. His isn't defense is only 16 and not impervious although he is considered indestructible in the comics. He has no ranged combat expert although he has been shown in the past to be able to easily attack people over vast distances . He isn't a mastermind although he has huge amounts of followers and normally works through them, Mordo being one of his most famous lackeys.
He probably should be remade in the mold of the Vet Darkseid, at the least.
In comics he is more on a level with an Odin and was actually able to turn Thor back into Don Blake despite Odin's enchantment. He is a step below the Galactus/Eternity level characters, but clearly above almost everyone else. I'd say in the extradimensional demon/magical type characters in the Marvel universe only Mephisto and one or two others would be more of a powerhouse.

Characters like that are so hard to accurately portray. MOst tournaments are 400 points or less and they try to make characters that are usable in that format.
